Canon G10 Enviro Kiosk

Canon Video|MC2|2009

MC2 had pitched a 3-sided kiosk to demonstrate the toughness of the new Canon Powerhot D10 at PMA 2009.The camera resists water, is shock-proof & withstands cold. MC2 turned to Picture Kitchen to come up with three cool environments to show-off these features. We came up with a rain-forest, rock-climbing and an iceberg… and built all three into a custom cabinet complete with lighting and special effects.

PK quickly builds Kiosk for MC2

Feb 09

How do you squeeze an Arizona rock wall, a rain forest waterfall and a snowy iceberg into a 4’ circle? Call Picture Kitchen, that’s what MC2 did… With only a few days before a show load-in, Picture Kitchen designed & built a three-sided kiosk with three completely different environments, each with its own lighting and special effects. The display was used to demonstrate the shock-resistant, water-repellant, and temperature-impervious qualities of a new digital camera. This is just another project that Picture Kitchen has created during our long running relationship with MC2, one of the largest national providers of corporate events and meetings.
